The Operations Analyst will work to accomplish business objectives by providing supply chain metrics through the analysis and identification of problems on customer specific programs. The individual will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and reporting security and supply chain trends to create a value add for the customer. The Operations Analyst is also responsible for new customer integration and training on Sensitech security monitoring platforms. This position is located in the beautiful Arboretum area of Austin, Texas and is a full-time position .

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifies program/project requirements, EFS/LPM account implementation & maintenance

  • New program/project integration and training on Sensitech platforms

  • Performs quality audits on customer specific information as it relates to service delivery

  • Conducts internal quarterly client audits

  • Maintains systems by researching and resolving problems; maintaining systems integrity and security

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

  • Prepares and assists in Operations Reviews and Special Projects

  • Control Center efficiencies, invoicing assistance, and international relations

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Company Support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS in Supply Chain, Transportation and Logistics Management, Organizational Security and Management, preferred or related field, or

  • Associates degree in Security Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or related field with 2+ years’ experience, or

  • 4+ years’ experience in related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data management, analytical skills, and logistical security

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Excellent customer service skills that include but not limited to assessment of customer needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse environment, understands business etiquette

  • Ability to foster a cooperative work atmosphere and build teams

  • Ability to travel if needed
