CACI is seeking Sr. Systems Engineer to support our program in Bagram, Afghanistan.

Responsible for developing, integrating, creating, and maintaining measureable analytics, and leading the ITOC Support of all AROCC technical infrastructure tailored to operations

(CHOPS), Processing Exploitation Dissemination (PED OIC/NCOIC), Senior Coordinating Language Officer (SLCO)
Receive direction from the AROCC OIC or CHOPS to refine requirements, goals, and mission priorities for the ITOC
Modify, test, and debug specialized software applications. Packages and engineers software upgrade or change releases to integrate with the client’s operating systems.
Develop and modify complex software, such as routines supporting multiprogramming, telecommunications and file management.
Provide planning, design, initial fielding, testing, training, emergency maintenance, and repair of complex ISR systems and equipment.
Research requirements and translates data into design specifications to support deployable ISR systems to remote and fixed site Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF).
Perform system engineering and prototyping of surveillance and reconnaissance Systems, ranging from sensors to information management.
Employ Test plans and related test equipment to monitor the functioning of electronic, communications, and related hardware.
Design standard operating procedures (SOP), and provide mentoring of technical initiatives/directives to the ITOC
Develop and maintain partnerships within the Intelligence Community (IC) and various DoD entities to integrate and leverage technology initiatives for the AROCC
Provide direct consultation to the AROCC Command Staff including but not limited to the Officer in Charge (OIC), Chief of Operations
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSEE/BSET), Computer Science or related field and seven years of experience as a systems administrator/engineer.
IAT II qualified (ex: CISSP or Associate, CASP, CCNP Security, CISA, GCED, or GCIH) and possess Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Server 2012 R2+ (MCSA in SQL 2008+ is sufficient to meet requirements for position).
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Provide supervisory (non-management) leadership.
Diverse technical/intelligence experience in the Intelligence Community (IC)/DoD.
Extensive expertise of all technologies and requirements acknowledged in the ITOC SYSTEMS ENGINEER position.
Possess and architectural understanding of strategic and tactical information systems for collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination of intelligence.
Requires three to five years of related C4ISR experience.
Experience in design/maintenance of complex electronic systems.
Knowledge of principals and theory of satellite communications, leading to hardware and software design and build out of systems.
Familiarity with Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and digital audio distribution systems.
Familiarity with power/grounding practices, maintenance shop operations and quality assurance.
Experience with EMC and the functional application of EMI/RFI analysis and mitigation programs.
- US Citizen. Final Top Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.
