Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for shop floor employees in assembly and test functions, including daily production requirements, engineering and quality clinic support, talent development, cross training, employee engagement, and performance management

  • Coordinate with Operations Leads to provide delivery commits for critical customer needs

  • Monitor and ensure efficient utilization of resources and equipment

  • Drive on-time delivery performance

  • Drive daily tiered-level shop floor management process

  • Create and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance to ITC and EH&S policies, and execution of improvement targets

  • Drive process, quality and cost improvements utilizing the ACE tools, and support the site Lean Transformation objectives

  • Monitor and drive adherence to safety, ethics and quality rules, policies and procedures

  • Ensures all quality related items for multiple cells are complete and documented to meet established quality standards

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of supervisory experience or high school diploma with 5+ years of supervisory experience

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of supervisory experience or high school diploma with 5+ years of supervisory experience

  • Specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices including Lean or Six Sigma required
