Duties Include:

  • taking and filling orders

  • recruiting and screening new candidates

  • proactively marketing candidates

  • screening, hiring, training, conducting orientations, resolving problems, and managing employee relations

  • managing large pipeline of candidates

  • maintaining job postings on job board aggregates and social media platforms

  • grass roots recruiting & hiring events


Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business (preferred)

  • minimum of 1 year sourcing, recruiting, hiring or generalist experience

  • strong social media skills

  • effective communication skills

  • professional composure

  • ability to multi-task

  • technical proficiency

  • strong service skills
