What Do you have to have?

  • Act as the key strategic partner in the planning and execution of sales/marketing promotional materials for respective brands.

  • Work closely with brand managers and the production department to maintain the timely availability of materials to the distribution

  • Act as the primary liaison with key internal and external customers, such as the brand teams, print production, distribution center, training, and

  • Work closely with the brand managers, print production, and distribution manager to maintain the timely and accurate distribution of materials to the field

  • Prepare special shipment cost estimates.

  • Responsible for monitoring warehouse receipt of materials (date, quantity, banding).

  • Prepare warehouse to distribute (manpower, schedule, method, cost, paperwork).

  • Update maximum quantities in SPA (provide field ordering access).

  • Activation/deactivation of respective brand items in SFA ordering system.

  • Monitor the usage and inventory levels of promotional material and serve as catalyst for appropriate forecasted order quantities; re­order notification and destruction of obsolete materials, management of repack needs within the distribution center.

  • Maintain the inventory materials in compliance with regulatory mandates as it relates to distribution and field access.

  • Manage coordination, delivery, and distribution of launch and sales meeting materials for all respective brand

  • Provide direct client support for operating unit and field inquiries and ad hoc requests for promotional

Education and Experience

  • HS diploma required

  • 1-3 years applicable experience in GMP environment preferred

  • Prior experience in planning, labeling,packaging, and shipping of clinicalsupplies and work experience in aregulated environment preferred.

  • Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host countrylanguage.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks expediently.

  • Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

  • Attention to detail and quality focus.

  • Customer focus.

  • Ability to respond well to rapidly changing priorities, tight timelines, and evolving requirements.

  • Good organization and time management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively as a team player.

  • A good knowledge of clinical supplies preparation procedures.

  • Prior experience in planning, labeling, packaging, and shipping of clinical supplies and work experience in a regulated environment preferred.
